About Frazer

I have been teaching on and off for 6 years now and have taught people of all levels. You can never stop learning when it comes to Drums!.

I have recorded over 100 tracks for various artists since 2014 - current and am currently a member of the band "Plastic Barricades" who have music available for your listening on all major platforms (full album coming later this quarter).

I have always believed that everyone is different and requires different approaches from their teachers, (classroom learning doesn't work always) and so I tend to talk to my students about what they want to learn and how much of the theory (reading and technique) they wish to delve into and construct a lesson plan through discussion with them, some people like to just play and receive input where as others like to have guidance on every detail of their playing and I believe if it works for you then it's what we should do together!.

With this in mind I don't believe in a set curriculum for one on one lessons and prefer to make sure each of my students gets what they want from our lessons.

I have taught approximately 30 students since I started in 2014 on and off due to touring/creative work and busy scheduling in the past with my degree but since finishing I have been filling my schedule with students and have a few spots remaining.

About the lesson

Hi there, I'm Frazer and i've been a drummer for 15 years.

I have a degree from the ICMP in music majoring in drumming and teaching where I wrote a dissertation on the psychology of teaching methods and how they apply to different peoples personalities.

I am currently looking for students to fill my remaining teaching slots on a one to one basis of all levels from never having played to the aspiring professional.

All first lessons will be free so that we can make sure we are a match and you feel you can get what you need from me as a teacher.

I also offer the ability to record your drumming to either hear progression or if you need to record drums for a project.

If I have to travel to get to your location no problem! the rate will be £30 instead of £25.
If you book 5 hours of lessons in advanced one of those lessons will be free! (£125 - £25)
10 hours of lessons will get you 2 lessons free! (£250 - 50).
