About Owen
I’m a singer and performer with a deep love for Gospel, R&B, Pop, Jazz and Musical Theatre. While studying at the BRIT School and the Royal Northern College of Music, I gained experience in performing and coaching vocalists choirs and stage schools. I continue this work today, alongside my teaching. I’m passionate about helping each student embrace their unique voice, and I tailor every lesson to best suit their stylistic preferences and needs.

In my lessons, I begin with simple warm-ups tailored to your individual voice, focusing on building a strong, healthy, and sustainable technique. I believe the best approach to singing is a balance of technical efficiency, musicality, and emotion, and I incorporate relaxation techniques, stretches, and movement to help you connect mind, body, and voice. Each lesson is personalised—whether you’re preparing for graded exams like Rockschool or LCME, or simply singing for personal growth, work, or just for the joy of it. Lessons are available online or in person across London, with travel by car depending on distance, so whatever your goal (exam prep, performance, or just the love of singing) I’ll help you reach it at your own pace!

Perfect! Owen is a great singing teacher. He’s patient, encouraging, and makes the lessons really enjoyable. He explains things clearly and has helped me feel much more confident with my singing. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to improve their voice.

I was recommended Owen before my A levels and I asked him to help me out before my A level music exams. I had a couple of sessions with him and he really helped me to prepare and increased my confidence a lot. Would highly recommend :)
Owen was recommended by a friend of mine last year. I came hoping to expand my range, strengthen my mixed voice and become more comfortable with chest belting. He was very knowledgeable about all of these topics and gave extremely valuable advice, tips and tricks to aid me in grasping them. I left my first session with him feeling like a better, more well-rounded vocalist and am excited to see how his expertise will continue to help me grow.
Owen was extremely inspiring! Having near to no singing experience going into my first lesson, the growth and control I feel within my voice is huge. With a clear, deep knowledge of vocal anatomy, I could not recommend him more. :)
