About Everett
For the last 10 years, I have been dedicated to teaching Spanish to High School and College students with enthusiasm and commitment. I have successfully guided around 150 students and helped them improve their language skills through organised, student-centred lessons. My teaching philosophy is based on making learning enjoyable while encouraging steady progress and independent thinking.
I focus on all areas of language learning, including grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, writing, and pronunciation. My lessons include practical conversations, engaging activities, revision sessions, and personalised exercises that help students understand concepts more effectively. I also encourage learners to explore Spanish culture, which makes learning the language more meaningful.
Helping students reach their goals has been the greatest achievement of my teaching career. Many students have improved academically, gained confidence in communication, and developed a positive attitude towards learning Spanish. Watching their progress inspires me every day.
I strive to create a welcoming classroom where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing themselves. My mission is to help every learner develop strong Spanish language skills while enjoying the learning experience and preparing for future success.

I teach Spanish using a methodology that is interactive, student-centred, and practical. Accountability ensures students set clear goals, monitor their progress, and actively participate in their learning journey. Integrity guarantees lessons are honest, fair, and tailored to each student’s unique strengths and challenges.
I embrace Flexibility, adapting lesson plans, exercises, and teaching strategies to suit different learning styles, proficiency levels, and personal goals. Communication is central; I encourage discussion, conversation, and interactive exercises to help students internalise grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation naturally.
A Positive learning environment motivates learners, celebrates achievements, and fosters confidence. I also integrate related subjects such as literature, grammar, vocabulary, and cultural studies to provide context and practical tools. My goal is to help students develop fluency, confidence, and a lifelong passion for Spanish.
