About Shashwat
I'm a passionate and experienced squash coach with a strong background in competitive play and leadership. I represented India at the national level and was ranked among the top 15 players in the country. During my university years, I captained our squash team to a bronze medal at the national inter-university championships, gaining valuable experience both as a player and a mentor. My coaching style is focused, encouraging, and tailored to the needs of each player. I work on building strong fundamentals, smart movement, and match-winning strategies — all while helping players grow in confidence and love the game. Whether you're completely new to squash or looking to sharpen your competitive edge, I offer structured, results-oriented sessions designed to bring out your best. I bring professionalism, patience, and high-performance insight to every lesson — and I’m committed to helping you become a better player with every session.

My approach to squash coaching blends high-performance training with personalised, goal-driven sessions tailored to each player’s level and style. Having played squash at the national level in India and ranked among the top 15 in the country, I understand what it takes to build technical skill, match temperament, and physical endurance — whether you’re a complete beginner or pushing for competitive play.
As captain of my university team, I led our squad to a bronze medal at the national inter-university championships, and I bring that same spirit of teamwork, discipline, and strategic thinking to my coaching. I focus on developing core fundamentals (grip, footwork, shot selection), match tactics, and mental toughness — all in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and are adapted to your current ability and training goals — whether that’s improving fitness, preparing for tournaments, or simply learning the sport from scratch.
I coach players of all ages and levels — from juniors to adults, from first-time players to those looking to climb the rankings. My goal is to help you become a smarter, faster, and more confident squash player, one session at a time.
