About Tony
Tony Wright is the highly qualified coach at Kidderminster Tennis Club. The club is very proud to announce that Tony was named Coach of the Year in the Wyre Forest District Council Sports Awards 2015 and in 2012. Tony also won the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Sports Awards Sports Coach of the Year 2015 (the highest award for a sports coach in this area) and he was Runner Up in the Children’s Coach of the Year category at the LTA AEGON National Awards 2015. This comes as a result of his tremendous efforts alongside his wife, Lisa, in substantially increasing the number of junior players since being appointed in April 2011.

I’m a Professional Tennis Coach offering instruction in all aspects of tennis, technical,tactical,physical and mental.
During a typical one hour lesson I would cover the groundstrokes The Serve and Volleys plus related footwork.
I have 20 years experience as a tennis coach.
I work with a variety of players from beginners to advanced ranging in ages from very young juniors to adults.
