About Michael
I am a professional touring musician in a band that plays concerts all over the world. When not on the road, I will either be teaching from my home studio or recording and producing other artists. I am very passionate about the drums and love using my experience to help others.

I am a highly experienced drummer based in North London. I have been playing the drums for over 25 years, during which I have toured the world and performed to thousands of people, recorded in famous studios like Abbey Road, and taught many students. I hold a BA in Popular Music Studies and a Master's in Ethnomusicology. My students range from the ages 5 to 50, from complete beginners to advanced drummers. I aim to create a relaxed and creative environment for students, ensuring that lessons are productive and engaging but also fun and challenging. Working towards a goal always helps - whether it's passing grade examinations or simply learning to play your favourite song.
