About Rachel

I have toured with a professional military chorus and band for 16 years and have been teaching voice and violin since I was a teenager. I hold multiple degrees in music and the liberal arts. I aim to teach you from a whole person perspective. My years of intense performing and teaching have enabled me as a confident, kind, and gentle guide. I teach a variety of styles, aiming to honor each individual's unique needs and strengths, and always striving for healthy techniques. I also enjoy serving populations such as students with autism, seniors, and other disabilities.

About the lesson

I love teaching, it is a joy for me to watch you meet your goals, inspire you, and have fun. Music is great for the whole self; I teach from a holistic perspective. My intention is to lead you to a fuller and happier version of yourself, while improving in areas in and out of music. I aim to create a safe space, fostering connection and growth. Looking forward to getting to know you!
