About Barbara
I have been teaching Pole Dance since 2007 and I have been a teacher since 2009, Ipsf has been teaching the Pole Dance Paris 2014 program. Since 2015, I teach at the Pole Attitude studio, with 2 fixed courses, from initiation to intermediate level, confirmed exotic choreographer, I trained many students and dancer with very fast results and progress due to the rigorous training I have followed

I am a Pole Dance teacher who has acquired training approved by the ipsf. With an adapted pedagogy, I pass on my passion to you in complete safety and precise technique, in order to develop you in this very complete sport of the initiation level, to which I take special care, down to the intermediate level. The course takes place with a specific warm-up adapted to your level followed by learning spins and tricks with details of the key points then a relaxing stretch or at the bar. Patient and gentle, I put a point of honor to the expansion of oneself, to the breathing as well as the completion of the movements of the toe and the lines of the body. With my flexibility, I will give you all my secrets to become one and progress quickly.
