In a nutshell, I do it with you, via webcam, or, if you're in SW London and want to meet in a local park for a stretching or pilates session, we can do that too. It hurts to see so many people give up on their wellness goals, either due to lack of motivation, fear of the gym, or the 'I've left it too late to ever get fit' mentality. We only have one life, and only one body to live it in, so make it the best you possibly can! I made that my goal in my 20s and never looked back.
I'm an adventurous, try anything once kind of person who's been active in health and fitness for 20+ years. Pilates, barre, 'legs, bums and tums' for the more adventurous, to gentle stretching designed to help you get moving again, I can show you how. And I've picked up loads of nutritional tips (and amazing recipes!!) in my years of travelling...70 countries and counting...so, while I won't advertise myself as a diet and weightloss guru, I am quite knowledgable on nutrition and common-sense eating.
