About Lesley-Ann
Hello, my name is Lesley-Ann. I am an English female who specialises in mental health and well-being. I have worked for many years in mental health and have a speciality degree in Psychology and a Master's in Clinical Science. I have a vast wealth of knowledge in the whole area of wellness and have run my own mental health and psychotherapy practice for many years, helping others and guiding them through the challenges of life.

I teach online courses, either individual sessions or blocks of 10 lessons, to help strengthen and support individuals' mental health and well-being and demonstrate techniques to improve people's resilience and coping strategies. Lesson length is typically one hour. I have a degree in Psychology with honours and a Master's degree, MSc in Clinical Science, specialising in wellbeing and weight management. From a top U.K. University I teach a wide age range and adapt my sessions to each individual, depending on their requirements and needs.
