About Orlagh
I am a undergraduate University student and I have experience in giving lessons to siblings and family friends, and helping with homework. I have also worked in an After School Club where I helped with students learning and organised activities.
Additionally, I have experience working with young children with complex needs which required patience, understanding and a strong determination to help. I believe my caring nature benefits my teaching and my strong passion to help others creates successful outcomes for the students.

My teaching method is to encourage students to want to learn as I believe this is essential in developing a good understanding. My teaching style is very relaxed and informal to create a comfortable environment which, allows a positive student-teacher relationship to form. I like to explain the topic using pictures and diagrams and for the student to then use repetition to allow this to sink in. I find using quizzes very helpful too as this encourages the student to have fun which enhances learning abilities.
