About Alessia
Hi! I’m a friendly and enthusiastic tutor with a strong academic background in both Biology and Psychology. I achieved an A in Psychology and an A in Biology at A-level*, as well as an A in Biology at GCSE*, and I went on to study a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
I have previous tutoring experience, including helping a GCSE Biology student build her confidence and improve her understanding of the subject. During school, I was also a Psychology Subject Leader, where I supported my peers with their studies and helped younger students who were interested in Psychology and considering taking the subject themselves.
My approach to tutoring is patient, supportive and tailored to each student. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I aim to explain difficult topics in a clear and straightforward way, while also helping students develop the exam technique and confidence they need to succeed.
Whether you’re struggling with a particular topic, preparing for exams, or simply want to feel more confident in Biology or Psychology, I’d be happy to help! I can tutor GCSE and A-level Biology and Psychology and would love to support you in reaching your goals.
