About Faiza
I am currently a first year university student studying Psychology, proficient in GSCE / A-level statistics and obtained an A grade in English Language/ Literature (GSCE). During my gap year I was a classroom assistant at Kumon, where I worked with children between the ages of 2-16.

I am a stronger believer in understanding each childs' potential and working accordingly. Every child had strengths, that I intend to nuture and weaknesses that can be worked through. It is important to instil a positive self image in regards to academia, as confidence is key to making progress. My teaching method involves assessing a child's current ability and setting goals to push them to reach their full potential. My lesson will include short bursts of focused work with regular breaks to ensure the child is using their mind at the optimun level. It is much more valuable to retain as much information in the time our brains are the most absorbant.
