About Phumzile
Im a BA student majoring in Psychology. As an individual i had an encounter whereby i had to consult a therapist amd that's where i learnt the importance of a healthy mental state. Being unhealthy mentally affect your day to day functionality.And from then onwards i just wanted to help others the same way i was helped.

When i teach I'll be referring most of my classes to cognitive behavioural theory,narrative therapy and also psychodynamic theory as I've learnt that these theory have a way of reasoning to the things that happen in our lives. Our day to day basis evolve around psychotherapy therefore i can relate it to live experience. I'll first get to know the student and hear them break down their stories by themselves and then help them see that they're not the problem, by separating them from their stories them being the protagonist and their problems antigonist. This will help them break it down to a point where they can find realistic solutions
