About Nathan
I’m a driven and honest professional with over 10 years of experience as an IT Manager, 5 years as a Lead PHP Developer, and a CMI Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management. I work hard, stay focused, and I’m always looking for the next challenge to grow and improve. I have a strong background in teaching, coaching and developing others in IT, leadership and communication skills. I’ve also delivered public speaking sessions to audiences as large as 8,000 people at the London ExCeL, which has given me practical experience in confidence, clarity and presenting under pressure. I enjoy helping people achieve real progress, whether that’s improving technical skills, building confidence, or developing strong leadership behaviours. My lessons are supportive, straightforward and results-focused, making even complex topics easy to understand. I’m passionate about learning, improvement and helping others unlock their potential.
