About Anna
As a writer and journalist, it may be surprising, but I remember struggling in middle in high school with my English studies.
I wanted to understand the practicality of writing and literary theory. It can be hard to get excited about something that can often feel abstract and confusing!
I am here to help you see the practical, real world value of good writing, and the importance of good creative writing at that! I have years of experience in the field of writing and am a published writer. I love writing and want to help your discover your own love of writing!

My methods as a tutor create a welcoming and engaging environment where I can help you improve you studies.
I use memory drills, alternation, and practical application exercises. A typical lesson would comprise a quick assessment of your current knowledge of the subject and identifying areas that need strengthening, then I create a custom lesson plan based on your learning style.
I have a ton of real-world and practical experience in the field of writing and I can help you see hands-on applications of your learning experience.
My tutoring is aimed at middle to high school level learners.
