I set out the lesson plan based on the topic to be facilitated, I usually do research then place questions based in the level of blooms taxonomy and set relevant examples. I usually apply demonstration and explanation methods while involving learners in their learning process, I involve learners by questioning them asking them to explain allowing them to make mistakes while demonstrating. I structure my lesson by including previous knowledge as will be moving from known to unknown and giving them daily assessment
