About Jon
With 25 years experience in the British Army, and described by senior commanders as being 'at the top of his game' , Jon has a wealth of high threat operational knowledge. He uses this to teach self defence along side a tried and tested martial arts system. Jon has seen operations in high tempo theatres in the middle east and uses lessons learnt to make self defence seminars engaging, fluid, realistic, effective and above all fun. All of Jon's sessions are geared around his clients achieving their full potential both in martial arts and in life. Jon offers individual 1 to 1 tuition either at his academy or at his clients home. He can also deliver group or corporate CPD/enrichment sessions.
