About Ignacio
I am an Argentinean/Spanish graduated in Spanish and foreign languages studies from the
National University of Cordoba, Argentina. I worked as a teacher of Spanish as second
language in Argentina and Brazil. I am an enthusiastic, hard working and supportive teacher who is passionate about motivating the students' interest in the language, its grammatical and cultural aspects, through current topics that take place in the Spanish-speaking countries.

The methodology depends on the interests of the student.
If the student needs support classes, I adapt to the content that needs to be reviewed.
If the student wants to take classes from initial levels or take a course from their language level, what I do is the following:
First, I send a form with brief questions for you to complete, in that way, I know more about your personal interests, language level and learning motives. This form allows me to create the classes following a methodology according to their interests. There is no single methodology, the teaching approaches are applied according to the student.
I provide material with a communicative approach to practice the four linguistic skills and use a contrastive grammar to focus on the difficulties between Portuguese and Spanish.
The student receives extra activities to practice at home and control in the next class, if you have questions. additional activities may have in order to focus and strengthen the grammatical aspects or produce brief writing to understand the differences in the construction of messages between Spanish and English. In addition, the student receives audiovisual material to strengthen the competence of oral comprehension, with its phonetic particularities and its cultural components.
