About Cara
I have Nvq 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy from 2005 to 2007. I have Nvq level 2 in Nail Services. I also have BTEC Level 5 HND Diploma in Beauty Management from 2015 and A1 Assessors Award to teach Beauty Therapy. Have experience working in colleges as Teaching Assistant and Beauty Technician role and teaching special needs group of students in Newry SRC in May to October 2016.
Worked with Clarins in Spa in House Of Fraser Belfast. Have experience teaching students recently in the Academy of Hair and Beautytraining School treatments.

Work in a group teaching small things at a time then, I would use strategies such as using specific words or a topic and take the lesson breaking it down into each category. For example nails take one lesson on each nail condition, the nail description each part of the nail and what it's purpose is etc.
