About Malavika
I am a 22-year-old who is passionate about Bharathanatyam and a final-year student of yoga and naturopathy who wants to integrate both yoga and dance in health maintenance.
I want Bharatham to reach every place and everyone who has a secret desire to learn Bharatham at any age.

My classes have different approaches. First, we will start with basic stretches and joint exercises, and at the end of the session, there will be a breathing exercise taught to keep their breathing healthy.
I will start with Namaskaram, and I will start Thatadavu, a basic and first adavu, only after a stable Aramandi is maintained.
