About Hamza
I'm a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants. Currently, I work as an Audit Manager at Rafaqat Babar & Company, Chartered Accountants, where I've gained over 4 years of experience in statutory audits, Accounting & Finance. My work spans banking, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, the public sector, and healthcare. Earlier, as an Audit Supervisor, I led an end-to-end IFRS 9 implementation with PwC and handled multi-industry engagements.
My core strengths include IFRS financial reporting, ISAs, risk-based audit approaches, internal controls evaluation, financial statement preparation and review, business and investment valuation, and taxation and corporate compliance in Pakistan. I'm also proficient in CaseWare, QuickBooks (Desktop & Online), Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.

My Teaching Method and Techniques
I follow a practical, concept-first approach. Rather than memorizing entries, students learn why each transaction behaves the way it does. I use real company scenarios, live QuickBooks walkthroughs, screen-sharing, and step-by-step problem solving. Every concept is reinforced with hands-on exercises, so learners build muscle memory. I also encourage questions, use simple analogies, and adapt my pace to each student's comfort level.
Each session begins with a quick recap of the previous topic.
I teach from real, hands-on experience — not just textbooks. As a qualified Chartered Accountant working in finance and accounting, I bring actual client work, reconciliations and reporting into every lesson.
