About Megan
As a qualified secondary English teacher, and Celta certified Language teacher , I have spent a very enjoyable ten years in the classroom! Since Covid 19 I have also been tutoring online, and am happy to say I have an excellent track record of helping students surpass their predicted grades. My approach is that learning should be enjoyable and challenging- I pride myself on my bespoke lessons and being able to respond to each student as an individual, varying my methods to accommodate each student’s unique learning style and close any gaps in learning.

My lessons are usually between an hour to ninety minutes, and in that time we focus in on specific areas which are concerning you as a student , as well as building your confidence and ability with your English work in general.
I am qualified and experienced in teaching both language and literature (BA, PGCE, CELTA) . Each lesson is prepared bespoke, with the individual learner in mind. I'm told I'm easy to talk to and that the lessons fly by , which I hope means they are enjoyable! I think this is key to achieving the best possible outcomes for my students.
