Cecilia has excellent academic qualifications in engineering and science. She is really smart. However, she is also really good at explaining things. She doesn't use lots of technical jargon. Because she understands the issues so well she can explain them to others. She is also a lovely person. Generous minded, got a nice sense of humour, kind and courteous at all times. She loves to learn and her enthusiasm for learning is contagious. I would love her to teach me.
