About Emily
Trained as a teacher at Cambridge University, then worked as a teacher for 8 years until having children. Now as a home educating parent I am tutoring Science again, and loving it! Seeing the moment when the learning "clicks" is a privilege, and I love helping to build confidence. You really can do it, when someone takes the time to properly support and appreciate you.

If you are looking for a strict, tough taskmaster, I'm not the tutor for you! But if you want someone who is kind, caring, gentle, relaxed and sometimes even a bit silly, please get in touch! My sessions are tailored to the individual, but generally include some new/recap information, opportunities to practise applying that, and then feedback.
