My sessions are focused on educating my clients about the basics principles of nutrition, macros (protein, carbs and fats), how to achieve and maintain a calorie deficit for weight loss and how to make sensible food choices for the rest of their lives.
I am a qualified level 3 personal trainer with over 2 years experience in helping women to achieve their weight loss goals. I teach my clients how to lose weight sustainably and keep it off through a balanced diet which includes their favourite foods, not through fad diets and quick fixes.
