About Mariann
I’m a qualified Life Coach with 14+ years of international experience in HR, leadership and people development. Throughout my career, I’ve supported people from diverse backgrounds to build confidence, develop their strengths, navigate change and achieve their goals.
My coaching approach is empathetic, positive and practical. I create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can speak openly, gain clarity and discover solutions that feel right for you. My coaching training includes schema-focused coaching, transactional analysis, logotherapy, integrative psychology and mindfulness.
I genuinely believe in people’s potential to grow and create meaningful change — sometimes we simply need the right support, questions and encouragement to get there.

My coaching sessions are supportive, practical and tailored to you. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach – we start with where you are now, explore what you would like to achieve and identify the steps that can help you move forward.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes and combine open conversation, powerful questions, reflection and practical exercises. Depending on your goals, we can work on confidence, motivation, leadership, communication, career direction, goal-setting, self-awareness or navigating change.
