About Emily
Qualified paediatric nurse. Trained at the University of Southampton and graduated with First Class Honours, with a variety of experience as a nurse and tutor. I have provided advice for many nursing students throughout the degree and have spent time helping students with a variety of assignments, including dissertations, case based essays, reflections, dissertations and presentations.

I strongly believe that every individual is different and each tutee may require different support. I will liaise with the individual to find exactly what they wish to achieve from the lesson and structure the lesson accordingly. I like making lessons interactive and enjoy using a variety of different means (such as real life examples and active recall) to help every tutee reach their goal. I am a Qualified Paediatric Nurse and am aware of the difficulties when writing academic assignments at University and hope to use the skills I have taught others and utilised myself during my degree to help you achieve your goal. As someone who has completed nursing interviews myself, I'm aware that it can be a daunting time. I hope to use the skills I developed through my own learning, and through assisting at nursing interviews selection days, to help you prepare for your interview.

Perfect! Emily introduced herself and explained her experience. I was given some support and guidance for my assignments. She explained points I needed assistance by explaining it in better terms. Very helpful
Perfect! Method of teaching, support and great feedback on my work
Perfect! Today, I had my first session with Emily. I had been studying an access course for my Nursing degree with no support from my current training provider. I had lost a lot of confidence due to the lack of support and was worried that I would be unable to complete the course. After my initial session, I feel so completely back on track, have regained my confidence and I look forward to working with Emily to achieve my goals! Highly recommended!

Perfect! There are not enough words to describe Emily's lessons! They are all well planned and tailored to the needs of the student. Emily is a supportive tutor who always makes me feel at ease. Perfect! I have had four sessions with Emily. She has been so helpful in fitting me in due to my short deadline and she has worked around me to give me sessions that suited me best. During each session, Emily has broken down my assignment and given me thorough feedback. I will definitely be having more sessions with Emily for my future assignments.
