About ADAM
my Journey into fitness stems from my love of sports as well as being
Surrounded by likeminded people. I’ve always enjoyed pushing my body to new limits and breaking through them every time. What I did not know I would enjoy as much is helping others do the same. One workout with a friend in a gym and here we are several years later!

The 5 hours (silver) package will be 5 separate session of 1 hour length.
