About Hollie
I attended the University of Brighton and gained a BA (Hons) Primary Education with QTS (Age 3-7). I have 7 years teaching experience, teaching from preschool to year 3.
I’m patient, friendly and approachable, and I understand that every child learns differently.
My experience has given me a strong understanding of the early years and KS1 curriculum, as well as phonics, early reading, writing and maths. I enjoy creating a relaxed and positive learning environment where children feel comfortable, supported and proud of their progress.
Outside of teaching, I’m a parent myself to two little ones, so I understand how important it is for children to feel happy and confident with the person supporting them.

My lessons are tailored to each child’s individual needs, ability and confidence, with a focus on making learning enjoyable and helping children make steady progress.
Whether your child needs a little extra support or would benefit from building confidence in reading, writing or maths, I can create lessons that are suited to them.
I aim to create a relaxed and encouraging environment where children feel comfortable, successful and excited to learn. I am happy to discuss your child’s individual needs and work together with parents to support their progress.
