About Aaliyah

I am a qualified primary teacher with a passion for helping children grow in confidence and achieve their potential. I have experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and currently work within SEND education, supporting children, families and schools to access the right support and opportunities.

I am passionate about creating positive learning experiences where children feel valued, understood and encouraged. I believe learning should be enjoyable, and I adapt my approach to suit each child’s personality, interests and individual needs.

Outside of education, I have a strong interest in music and enjoy using creativity to engage and inspire children. I pride myself on being patient, approachable and supportive, helping children develop both academically and personally.

About the lesson

I am a qualified primary teacher with experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and supporting children with a wide range of SEND needs. My lessons are personalised, engaging and designed around each child’s individual strengths, confidence and learning goals.

I specialise in supporting children who may need extra help with literacy, phonics, reading, writing, maths and building confidence in their learning. I understand that every child learns differently, and I adapt my approach to make lessons enjoyable, accessible and motivating.

Alongside my classroom teaching experience, I have extensive knowledge of SEND and supporting children with additional needs. I aim to create a calm, supportive environment where children feel comfortable, encouraged and proud of their progress.

I can also offer music tuition and use my creative teaching approach to help children develop new skills and enjoy learning.
