About Nadia
I am a registered teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teachers, fully qualified, I worked initially as a primary school teacher for many years and more recently as an ELICOS teacher for international students. I am a native speaker. I currently teach ELICOS at two registered training organisations in Melbourne, where I’ve had 3 years of experience teaching at all levels, including IELTS.

I am passionate about teaching! I strive to make every lesson entertaining and challenging, with student centred learning as my guiding principle. I build on what the students already know, and I take the time to check their level of understanding before I begin to build on their knowledge and skills. I pride myself on keeping my students engaged and tailoring my teaching to meet their needs. I am good at identifying weaknesses, and designing activities to make those weaknesses turn into strengths.
