About Sophie
I am a qualified rugby coach with experience coaching girls’ rugby across a range of ages and ability levels. I am passionate about creating a positive, supportive environment where players feel confident to learn, develop and challenge themselves. I take pride in delivering well-planned, professional sessions that focus on skill development, enjoyment and long-term progression, while always prioritising player welfare and confidence.

My coaching approach is player-centred, positive and focuses on building confidence. Sessions are structured but flexible, focusing on core rugby and athletic ability, positional specific skills, game understanding and decision-making. Sessions typically last 60 minutes and are suitable for girls aged 10–18 of all abilities, delivered in a safe, supportive and professional environment, based in South West London or Surrey.
