I teach in a personal manner which means each student is different. In order to get the best results it is essential that students experience a wide range of materials and techniques to discover what works for them and then refine their skill. I use artists work and real life situations as inspiration to the build on creating new art work in a range of materials. Students should experience using dry materials such as pencil, charcoal, pen, pastel and photography through to wet materials and an abundance of mixed media. Creating work using primers, paints, papers, inks, textiles and heavy materials such as clay.
