About Sian
I am a Qualified secondary school teacher who has been teaching in London & Birmingham over 15 years. I have been Head of Dept for 5 collective years in two subject disciplines. I have a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise and have worked across English, Celta, Humanities and ICT subjects, 11+, Health & Social Care. I would relish the opportunity to be a part of your successful learning journey. Recently taught a lot of 11+ & A-level classes.

First I will individually assess the needs of each student working to build confidence in the weakest areas. I work on scaffolding the help which the student needs so as to encourage autonomy and independent learning. I want to teach you how to become strong, confident and independent in the subject they need support with so that soon you will not need me anymore because you will be able to do it all yourself :)
