I am a graduate from The School of Oriental and African Studies, having completed a BA [Hons] in Religion and Politics. My approach to academia was transdisciplinary, and considered Sociology, Law, Anthropology and Ethnology in the Study of Religion. Alongside my degree, I learnt the Urdu language, to assist me with understanding the culture of Pakistan - a country that I was studying in depth as part of my programme.
I am an open minded, caring young woman whose ambition is to help others to achieve their potential. My lessons are tailored to the individual and do not come straight from textbooks. I feel that learning a language confidently is about enjoying the lessons, and being able to converse with the tutor in an open and honest way. I have taught students with a variety of individualised requirements to date, all with good success rates.
