My teaching method is extremely casual. I teach yoga as a form of therapy and self grounding rather than an intense exercise. I teach the importance of breath and understanding your body and not pushing it too far. However with my knowledge as a dancer and health I have routines that are a little more challenging that safely push my clients a little further to help tighten the body and gain strength mentally and physically.
I am a chef who became a qualified yoga instructor in Vinyasa Flow. I am also a studier of mindfulness and the important benefits it can have on our mental health. I use my dancing background and yogi knowledge to help my clients and fellow yogis to help balance themselves both mentally and physically.
I was taught Core Strength Vinyasa yoga by leading yoga instructor Sadie Nardini, where I was taught a 300 hour course with a qualification in teaching and a certificate. This detailed course enabled me to understand the biology of our body. The study of anatomy and understanding muscle placement.
I have also studied mindfulness for a very long time as a means of understanding my body.
