About Lucie
Hi there, my name is Lucie. I'm a 200-hour registered yoga teacher based in Bolton.
I love exploring and being constantly inspired by new things. Photography and writing have always been a way to express myself and my emotions. A few years ago, I discovered yoga and its incredible therapeutic effects on my body and mind, and it quickly became part of my daily life.
Yoga changed me in a way I had never imagined. I have suffered from anxiety for many years (getting at its worst during Covid), but since I started my regular practice, I have found a space where I can breathe, feel calmer and at peace - where I can slow down and be myself.
Taking time for ourselves is challenging but is essential for mental and physical health. And that is why I'm here! I want to help you create a space where you feel good and safe to understand your emotions better, build resilience and live a life you LOVE - on & off the mat.

I love using my creativity to build impactful and playful Vinyasa flows that include meditation, pranayama (breath work) and asanas (poses). During our sessions, we will mindfully link body movement and breath with postures that create space and energise the body whilst calming and nourishing the mind.
The classes are open to everybody. I adapt comfortably to individuals' needs and capacities, tailoring my flows to all levels and ages. Most importantly, I love seeing my students improving at their own pace and feeling good on and off the mat.
Whether you are just starting, looking to improve your foundations or want a space to breathe and unwind, feel free to contact me for a private session.
