About Selen
My name is Selen. I am 23 years old. I live in Izmir. I am continuing my master's degree at Izmir Institute of Technology. I am here for students who are interested in English but are afraid to take that first step. I went abroad to improve my foreign language, English. I went to Poland for 9 months and Romania for about 2 months for my education. Apart from that, I have been to various countries such as Germany, Czech Republic and Netherlands. When I was in these countries, I thought that English as a pleasant hobby rather than a necessity therefore my English improved more and more with this idea. I would like to show my future students that English is not a necessity but a hobby.

When it comes to learn English, most people think memorizing is the best method. However, the way to learn English does not go through memorization. Visual and auditory narration is dominant in the lessons I will teach. Based on English words with plenty of examples, you will hear how those words are pronounced with music and we will repeat the words or sentences. We will try to speak English while during the class so that we can leave behind our embarrassment :)
First of all, after determining your level, we will improve your paragraph writing, reading and speaking skills with my personal methods according to your level. Remember, you don't have to be afraid of English. If you are willing, English will hug you from the bottom of its heart.
