About James
I am a university student during a bachelor of advance science (honours) (physics). I achieved an ATAR of 95.20 in high school and currently have a GPA of 6.75 on the QUT 7-point scale.
I am familiar with teaching people of varying abilities, especially in physics and chemistry although I did do it in mathematical methods as well, just to a lesser extent. I am often called upon by my peers to explain concepts and have been noted to be skilled at breaking advanced concepts down into simpler, easier-to-understand segments and explaining them one by one.

My lessons would be fully dependent on the needs of the student and the length of the lessons would also reflect that. In saying this, generally, my teaching method usually involves explaining the basics of a concept while gradually introducing more advanced knowledge and techniques.
I would prefer to tutor high school level, specifically senior (grades 10-12) students as I am more familiar with that work.
While I have experience as a tutor, I spent the majority of my school life teaching my peers the content they did not understand. Especially in physics and chemistry. I have continued to do this in university and I do have paid tutoring experience.
The free lesson will be utilised to get an idea about what the student will require from me.
