About Sofia
I have been a lifelong dancer, it is something that has always come naturally and been my greatest passion. To dance is to be free and it has always been my favourite thing to do to escape the stresses of life.
I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best teachers in Ireland and the UK and want to share their knowledge and excitement with other dancers.
I want to ensure my students feel confident and appreciated in the world of ballet which is so often exclusionary. No matter your age, or level of dance, you are capable of great things!

Lessons are for ballet dancers of any age, gender, skill level. All that matters is your passion!
Ranging anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours, I am able to cover all aspects of ballet, including pointe work.
Starting focus will be on basic technique, seeing where you are individually and developing a program suited to you, your body and your skill level. I am happy to add in anything you want to work on e.g. specific routines, focus on pointe work/barre work, etc.
