About Natalie
With 13+ years of experience teaching ESL to students from school to college, I have developed a teaching approach that balances structure and creativity. My classes focus on practical language skills—reading, writing, listening, and speaking—while ensuring each lesson is engaging and tailored to the student’s level.

I teach ESL using a C³P framework—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving. Creativity is encouraged through storytelling, role-playing, and project-based activities that inspire students to think independently and express themselves confidently in English.
Communication is central to my lessons. I incorporate discussions, debates, and collaborative exercises to improve fluency, comprehension, and confidence in real-life communication. Compassion ensures lessons are personalized to each learner’s pace and style, providing guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback to foster growth.
Problem-solving is embedded through scenario-based exercises, practical tasks, and analytical challenges that allow learners to apply English skills logically and effectively. I also include complementary subjects such as reading comprehension, writing, and vocabulary enrichment to provide a complete learning experience.
This methodology cultivates learners who are confident, creative, empathetic, and capable of using English successfully in academic, professional, and everyday contexts.
