About Marc
Hi, I'm Marc. I am an unorthodox basketball coach who does things a bit differently, bringing my own unique twists to player development. My coaching journey has allowed me to work at the highest levels, including coaching at the prestigious London Lions Academy and training alongside NBA players.
These experiences taught me exactly what it takes to reach the elite level.
As a coach, I bring high energy and make the process incredibly fun, but I am also deeply passionate about discipline. I love working with hardworking players who are ready to lock in, push their boundaries, and put in the effort required to truly transform their game. My lessons are built entirely around the Constraints-Led Approach (CLA). This means we focus heavily on game-based, situational play rather than rigid, repetitive drills.
When we work on your skills, whether it is shooting, finishing, or ball-handling, I don’t make it easy for you. Instead, I find creative ways to constantly challenge you by manipulating the space, the rules, and the defensive pressure. By placing you in realistic game scenarios, I force your brain and body to adapt and problem-solve in real-time. This builds elite basketball IQ, sharpens your decision-making, and ensures the skills we build actually translate directly to match day.
Whether you are a beginner looking to build a foundation or an advanced player preparing for academy competition, every session is high-energy, engaging, and tailored to unlock your full potential.
