My way of teaching is based in using logical thoughts and theory applied to real life situations. I love to interact with the student and encourage them to be better every single time, and try and get the results by themselves, thinking about solutions and how they can be applied in different situations rather than repeating back what has been discussed. I'm aiming to help my students to get their best qualifications on the exams, not only because of the mark, but because it is the knowledge that makes our society better.
I'm a Cuban MPhil student in The University of Manchester. I got my Bachelor degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the Faculty of Biology of the University of Havana in early July 2014.
I want to teach to the new generations so I can continue the work my tutors began. I have a passion for helping people to learn and progress, and I get a lot of satisfaction out of seeing them develop not only their knowledge but their capacity for self-learning.
I've been teaching back in Cuba for about 5 years, as I was an assistant professor of my Faculty, so the sciences are my real strength, but I've taught languages too, and as a native Spanish speaker I would love to help others to learn it.
I'm pretty flexible in the way of teaching, and I will always fit my method to individual needs, making my students feel comfortable and respecting their progress.
