About Xavier
Hello, my name is Xavier Craig Wood. I am a current A level student and I am studying Business studies, Public services, Applied science and Skills baccalaureate. If you want to know more personal information, I’ll gladly talk to you before or during the lesson.
I want to teach people about board and card games as I enjoy playing them, I also like seeing people have a fun time like I do every Thursday in the youth club that I am volunteering at.

My lessons will be and are fun, depending on your skill level of a specific game whether it’s a card or board game, I will teach my lessons based on that. For example, if you were a complete beginner in chess meaning you have no idea how pieces move, I will teach you and allow you to understand each piece's movements. Then, we will play a game of chess and I will critique your moves as you play. If you didn’t play the best possible move, I will tell and show you what you should have played. The same goes for any board and card games such, just slightly different as they are not all the same.
Anybody can hire me for lessons, no matter their age or level. The session length is up to you, however the minimum length is 1 hour which will start after everything is set up for the lesson. The pay is determined based on travel distance and the length of the session, don’t worry it’s cheap. (Ignore the price placed, it’s an estimate)
