About Nikea
I am an understanding, personable teacher. Students I have tutored were satisfied with the service and saw improvements on their grades. I am learning with students as well so if you are ready to learn we can learn together, and learn from eachother! I am constantly learning spanish in advanced literature and cultural courses at the collegiate level and so my learning is up to date as I interact with the language on a regular basis. I am a friendly and enthusiastic learner and lover of language.

Being personable with the students, finding out where the student's misunderstanding lies and working forward from there, even if that means backtracking. I am set apart as a tutor because I make students feel supported and like we are peers, not as if they are being judged and expected to know everything. My lessons have been generally for University level spanish learners in the past, but I am open to expanding this to those outside of that group.
