As someone who has experienced, first hand, the challenges that students with learning difficulties face in the current "one size fits all" style of education I feel that the best teaching methodology is to treat each student as an individual, who will learn at their own pace with a unique way of understanding specific material. Therefore, I feel that breaking down complex topics into their core concepts and then re-packaging them in a way that the student understands is not only a far more efficient way to learn but leaves students with a deeper understanding, and a greater appreciation for the material.
I hold a 1st class degree in physics and as a dyslexic learner it was never an easy task for me. Often I would need certain concepts explaind in many different ways before they would 'click', however in my experience this is not the way the majority of educators choose to teach. I pride myself on my ability to explain complex topics, in physics and mathematics, in multiple different ways, from GCSE to degree level.
