About Shannon

I am an early years provider. Recent graduate of the University of Leeds. I have a background in sales and retail as well as management and leadership. Currently, I work in a Nursery providing early years care, while undertaking new qualifications to further my learning.

About the lesson

I base my approach on teaching on the individual person. I know some people learn better from reading and having a more independent approach to others who need a more interactive approach in order to fully understand a topic so it stays with them in their memory.
