My teaching method varies greatly depending on the student. Every student has a specific learning style, so I find this out first. Once discovered, I can tailor my teaching to their learning style to ensure that they can retain information and understand complex concepts quickly. In history, these two skills are vital in order to obtain high grades. Lessons are structured accordingly, depending on which areas in the students academic knowledge need focus. One thing I pride myself on is that I provide excellent revision materials. As a GCSE and A-Level student, my history teacher did the same, and it truly made revision and information retention significantly easier.
I recently graduated from university with a degree in History and I am working towards beginning my teacher training in 2021. I am incredibly passionate about my subject, and love teaching it to others. During my undergraduate degree, I tutored a number of GCSE students, however now that I have graduated I feel -confident in teaching A-Level and first-year undergraduates.

Excellent tutor! Georgie is very patient and encouraging. She would help me by showing me an alternate way to approach the question so that it was easier to grasp and I found it super helpful. Would highly recommend!
