I approach each lesson with a fresh brain. Getting the student/s to perform a thorough warm up so they can understand their own body and the importance of a warm up. Then teaching basic technical movements and developing on them further throughout the weeks building them up to a high standard. Therefore enabling the students to gain a strong foundation of dance.
